8:00am Maureen’s awake with Tom by her bedside. She’s receptive to sips of water via swab.
8:40am Maureen seems fully awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:45am Blood pressure: 102/68, P64.
8:50am Merianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with slight trace of vaginal discharge. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
9:10am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice with a cap of Miralax, crepe topped with pear and syrup, activia yogurt, and a cup of water. Coughed twice.
9:20 Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.
Daily Miralax dosage: 1cap
9:50am Oral care.
10:00am Facial routine performed. Applied a thin layer of Triamcinolone to Maureen’s left hand dorsal bump.
Carolyn visits Maureen.
10:30am Maureen sits relaxed and alert while listening to Christmas music. She closed her eyes for about 25 minutes at the end.
11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper and small-clear vaginal discharge, then positioned on her right side.
12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

12:45pm Lunch: Chicken salad, sautéed zucchini, tomato and onion, avocado, a cut of coconut water, and baked apple with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Coughed twice.
1:35pm Oral care.
2:00pm Maureen’s alert while watching a Christmas movie.
2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, and positioned on her left applied a suppository.
3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a dry diaper with a large-hard BM. Dressed and headed to the living room.
3:50pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) and 1/4 cup of water via.
