Maureen’s awake and receptive to sips of water via swab.
8:40am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:45am Blood pressure: 100/60, P72.
8:50am Tom and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, applied a thin layer of nystatin to fading left arm pleat. Clean/change a dry diaper with some yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.
9:10am Breakfast: 8oz Prune juice with a full cap of Miralax, poached egg with toast and pear, and half cup of coffee. Coughed twice.
9:15am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.
Daily Miralax dosage: 1 cap
10:10am Oral care.
10:20am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.
Maureen closed her eyes for 25 minutes as soon she was done with her morning routine, drinking a cup of lemon water afterward.
11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, no discharge observed. Positioned on her right side.
12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

12:45pm Lunch: Lentils soup, chicken salad, fresh tomato and a cup of sparkling water. Coughed and sneezed four times.
1:40pm Oral care.
2:20pm Maureen’s been alert the whole time, listening to her playlist. She had half cup of lemon water in the meantime.
2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with some clear vaginal discharge, positioned on her left side.
3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.
3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with half cup of lemon water.
