6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.
7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep. She is calm, not moving at all.
7:30 am- Maureen is still sound asleep.
8:00 am- Maureen opened her eyes briefly, but went back to sleep again. Pulse was 94, but quickly came down. Twitching was minimal.
8:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.
9:00 am- No change, Maureen is still sleeping.
9:30 am- Maureen is still asleep.
9:50 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed. Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
10:00 am Maureen is asleep again.
10:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.
11:00 am- Maureen is still sleeping.
11:15 am- Maureen opened her eyes. She is calm.
11:30 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Dalia and I washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and transferred her in her Geri chair.
11:45 am- Because of the late start, we gave Maureen lunch- beef chili soup, half a pear and 6 oz prune juice mixed with water. Maureen coughed once and was able to get some phlegm out.
12:10 pm- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce.
12:15 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.
12:20 pm- Facial routine.
1:00 pm- Maureen is relaxing in her chair. She looks tired and sleepy.
1:15 pm- Maureen had a cup of fresh squeezed watermelon juice.
2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bed. Her diaper was heavy wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied 3 M Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. The discoloration on Maureen's sacrum area looks better. We positioned her on the right side at 2:15 pm.
3:15 - The rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.
3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack.
