• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 101/60, P72.

• Maureen closed her eyes for about 25 minutes, woke up with e big smile.

• 4:55pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Moussaka, half cup of water. Maureen ate this dish easily, didn’t cough.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/dry inner thighs redness with a damp cloth. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
