Monday, April 3 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is opening her eyes at times for a few seconds, goes back to sleep.

• 8:00 am - Maureen is in and out of sleep now.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is awake and we started our day. Her diaper was light wet. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We next washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen

• There were a few new red spots- on her left leg, neck/ upper back. left knee. We took pictures. Applied hydrocortisone cream.

• 8:50 am- Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:55 am- Breakfast- oatmeal, banana, half an apple, 8pz of prune juice. Maureen coughed once, sneezed once.

• 9:25 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril with apple sauce.

• 9:30 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 9:35 Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:40 am- Morning facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 10:30 am- Half a smoothie with almond milk only. Maureen coughed twice, sneezed twice. Her nose started running after sneezing .

• Maureen enjoyed Carolyn's company.

• 11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 11:45 am.

• 12:45 pm- First rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 1:00 pm- Lunch- mushroom soup, omelette, steamed Brussels sprouts, bottle of coconut water. Half a pear for dessert. Maureen coughed once, sneezed a couple of times. She finished her first cup of lemon water.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 2:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. Maureen will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 2:40 pm.

• 3:40 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Joanna and I cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:50 pm- Fruit snack- hall a pear and watermelon. Maureen really enjoyed it. She did not cough.
