Friday, January 31, 2025 Swing shift

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Maureen’s diaper is dry, Tom and I dressed her and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) half cup of lemon water.

• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 101/60, P64.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Moussaka with half cup of lemon water. Coughed twice, sneezed three times.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-clear vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier cream.. wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
